By creating an account, connecting a Gmail account, or otherwise using Bill Radar, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bill Radar scans billing-related Gmail messages with read-only access, extracts structured data about your subscriptions and payments, and presents it in a dashboard that helps you understand your spending and how to cancel subscriptions.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bill Radar. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Bill Radar requests read-only Gmail access. We do not request or hold send, modify, or delete permissions, and we will not send emails from your inbox or alter it. You can revoke this access at any time.

Bill Radar does not cancel any subscription on your behalf. We show you the information and links to help you cancel yourself, but the responsibility for taking any action with subscription providers rests solely with you.

Data is extracted automatically using AI and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretation. Results are provided for informational purposes only and should be verified before making any financial decision. We are not responsible for decisions based on inaccurate results.

You agree not to:

• Connect Gmail accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Misuse the service in violation of applicable laws.

A free plan and paid plans are available. The features and pricing of each plan are shown at checkout. Prices may change in the future, and we will notify you of any change that applies to your subscription.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will detect every subscription or payment in your inbox.

To the extent permitted by law, Bill Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
