Data Deletion

You own your data and can delete it at any time. This page explains the available ways to disconnect Gmail accounts or delete all of your data from Bill Radar.

Disconnect a single Gmail account

To stop scanning a specific Gmail account without deleting your Bill Radar account:

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Gmail accounts.
  3. Select the account you want to disconnect and click disconnect.

On disconnect we revoke that account's Google token, and delete the stored tokens and that account's metadata.

Delete all your data

To delete your Bill Radar account and all associated data:

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose delete account and confirm.

Account deletion cascades and removes all of your data (connected Gmail accounts, metadata, and extracted structured data) and revokes all Google tokens.

Deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at hamidalqwaysim@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days at most.

Revoke access from Google

You can also revoke Bill Radar's permissions directly from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
